It’s almost 2018 and the number one New Years resolution is to loose weight. Of course your diet is going to be 80% of the work but, doing a fat burning workout that includes cardio to get your heart rate up and strength training moves to have you burning calories hours after, is going to get you faster results!
Loosing weight is a simple equation: burn more calories than you consume.
Even with knowing that equation, loosing weight is hard! Here is a post I wrote about how I stay motivated.
You can use your timer that comes with your phone for this workout or use a free app like Intervals-interval timer.
The 20 Minute Fat Burning Workout
Do each move for 40 seconds with a 20 second rest in between.
1. Jumping Jacks
2. Push Ups
3. Double Leg Lifts
4. Mountain Climbers
7. Hip Raises
10. Toe Touches
Repeat each move one more time!
And there you have it, a 20 minute, fun, fat burning work out you don’t need any equipment for!
