How to Finally Start Making Money Blogging

We may earn money or products from the companies mentioned in this post.

Are you wondering how people make money blogging? There are a lot of ways but, one great one I found is

ShareASale!

ShareASale is a very easy to use website where you apply to become an affiliate with merchants. They have TONS of merchants you can work with and most of them will accept you right away! Once you are accepted, the merchant or company will provide you with a referral link, banners, coupon codes and more to help you promote and sell their product on your blog.

Your commission is either a percentage per sale or a dollar amount per sale and per lead. Merchants like MyThemeShop LLC pay 55% per sale! WP Engine pays $200 per sale!

You get to choose who you work with so you can stay in your blog’s niche and write about what you enjoy. If you enjoy writing about healthy living try becoming an affiliate for Microbiome Plus! Check out my post here for more information on them. If your blog is about fashion, there are a lot of clothing merchants like SheIn or DressLily.

I hope this helped some new bloggers out! Good luck and remember, hard work pays off ๐Ÿ™‚

  1. Iโ€™ve joined them but I canโ€™t figure it out. Looks like Iโ€™m going to need to look into this further

    1. Definitely! ShareASale has turned out to be great for my blog! Go to Affiliate Login, log in, click search Merchants at the top under the Merchants tab and you can find merchants you are interested in then apply! Once you are approved by them, you can get links for your blog ๐Ÿ™‚ I hope that helped!!

  2. I love Shareshale! The trick is to find merchants that pay per lead too, so you get poaid just when someone signs up With their email address and higher commissions like the Micriobe one mentioned!

  3. Hi there, You have done an incredible job. I will definitely digg it and individually suggest to my friends. I’m sure they’ll be benefited from this site.

  4. I would also mention it is worth revisiting the programs within ShareASale from time as programs which are a better fit might be newly available.

    1. I do Amazon Affiliate too and yes, I like ShareASale a little better because the merchants pay you a lot more per sale ๐Ÿ˜„
